Old Sewing Pattern Tissue Flower

September 14, 2015 by Chris

Pull out the pattern from the envelope. You really need to find a patter that is still in tact.  If it hasn’t been used, making this Old Sewing Pattern Tissue Flower will go much more smoothly.

Unfold the pattern paper, then layer the sheets such that there are about 6-8 layers. I used 8 layers as I wanted a really full flower. Cut even strips or squares that measure about 8-10 or inches, depending on how large you wish the flower to be.  There really is no specific rule here.
