How about a fantastically, fun Bean Bag Toss Game? This one will inspire everyone at your Fourth of July party to be in a patriotic mood! Who doesn’t love wearing a pair of their favorite jeans? Well, what happens when they just have seen their better days? Here is a perfect reason NOT to throw out those old pair of jeans. Instead, use them for your next DIY project and make this Bean Bag Toss Game. Chica and Jo have a website that shows how to use old jeans for just about anything.
This craft, photo tutorial shows how to use jeans pockets to make excellent bean bags. In this particular example, the targets were made of terra-cotta pot bottoms. They were painted red, white and blue with numbers for scoring purposes. If terra-cotta pot bottoms aren’t available, you might choose to use sturdy paper plates, or even aluminum pie tins. If it is a windy day, try securing the paper plates or tins with golf tees. Toss around some ideas and feel free to use your imagination to score your own great idea!
