This is the spray bleach phase of the project. If you want a quicker bleaching result, add more bleach to the spray solution. I soaked the center of the stencil with the spray. I was careful to spray evenly around the circle of the stencil as to get an even fading out effect. Then, I waited and watched as the bleach began to pull out the color.
