My sweet aunt and uncle had one of these old console TV’s for years. My Uncle Nick is a good idea man and thought of repurposing his console TV cabinet, as well. He took out the old, tube TV and set a newer flat screen in its place. Not bad, at all! It had doors on the front that would close when not watching.
